Octopus

Octopus replaced a paper-and-fax process that had survived since 1955. It started as a single warranty manager on a Raspberry Pi and is now the system the whole shop depends on. The interesting part was never the CRUD — it was getting people who'd trusted a notebook for decades to trust a screen, by making the software genuinely less work than the paper it replaced. The full story is in the case study.
