WagTaggy
The product is simple: a durable printed tag whose QR is platform-owned, so a pet's details stay updatable forever with no external link to break. The interesting part is how it gets built. WagTaggy is my testbed for a spec-driven, agentic dev loop — a rough idea becomes a precisely-scoped GitHub issue (context, problem, solution as what not how, scope in and out, tests, binary acceptance criteria), labelled claude-ready.
